Through this program, Chef Robert has gained an in-depth understanding of the world of wine -- from vineyard management to regional nuances of major production areas. The only person in the world to earn their Master Chef Certification and dipWSET, Chef Mancuso takes it one step further as he aims to achieve his Master of Wine, equivalent to a SOM3.
